1/2tsSalt
1pnNutmeg or mace
2pkFrozen spinach
3tbMinced onion
1 Egg, beaten slightly
1tbFlour
1tbButter
2tbMilk

Make a roux with onion, butter & flour. Stir in milk & egg. Add spinach, salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Fill crepes, and bake 10-15 min. at 350.
